Dear Sir/Madam
Vishal, a 15-year-old boy from Amethi district in Uttar Pradesh, is currently at our hospital in Ayodhya healing from his deformities and awaiting the reconstructive surgery that will restore his hand functionality.
Leprosy affects peripheral nerves of hands, feet, and face; and if left undetected it can make the nerves anaesthetic. It leads to deformities and disabilities.
Vishal was recommended to the Leprosy Mission Hospital in Ayodhya, where he is now undergoing treatment. Vishal has expressed an interest in studying at the Leprosy Mission's Vocational Training Centre that is situated in the same campus in Ayodhya.
"With your help, Vishal will be cured and go to vocational training centre and look for future with hope".
Best regards,
Amit Kumar
